As a Product Designer at Grand Rounds (now called Included Health), my work revolved around helping people make sense of their complex healthcare journey. I was constantly working on architecting and designing solutions that made healthcare accessible, comprehensible and delightful for Grand Rounds' customers, users, and the care team.
