Product Design at Pinterest Ads

As a Staff Product Designer on Pinterest's Monetization team, I own the strategy and design of the ads campaign creation experience, the central surface that nearly every ads team ships through. My work spans three areas: shaping the vision and execution for how advertisers create and manage campaigns, building the org-wide design subsystem that teams across monetization rely on, and extending our design infrastructure into AI-powered advertising surfaces.
